1. Returns
- You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging.
- Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons (e.g., earphones, screen protectors once opened).
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.
2. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or sent in error. If you need an exchange for the same product, contact us at info@device-dock.store
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Clearance or final sale items
- Opened hygiene-related accessories (e.g., earphones, cleaning kits)
5. Return Shipping
- You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless it was defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
